Shagririm (Ambassadors) Program
The Shagririm Program is a new and unique leadership program intended for graduates of the Leadership Together and Diller Teen Fellows programs in Israel.
Shagririm emphasizes leadership topics, creating interpersonal relationships, and the theme of the Jewish people, all while developing and using the tools that the trainees acquired in the Leadership Together and Diller Teen Fellows programs.
Our alums will become the ambassadors of Partnership Together. They will lead the delegations that are part of the community, create content regarding the importance of Jewish fellowship, and carry out self-managed events, including intra-group events and a meeting of all incoming delegations from Montreal.
The participants in the program receive training and a rich experience in event management and leadership in society, with a combination of experiential learning of their Jewish values in an embracing environment. The participants create an intimate connection between the Jewish community in Israel and the Jewish communities worldwide, specifically the Montreal-Be’er Sheva-B’nei Shimon communities.
